The Vaquita Propeller (including the battery) weighs only 4kg and fits snugly into a customised storage bag (sold separately).
Or simply keep it in the sturdy box it comes in – 50 x 20 x 30cm.
NOTE – the propeller will add about 20cm to your draft – be careful in shallow water.
Compatibility - US fin box
There are 3 ways to connect the propeller – US fin box, SUP fin box and ratchet straps.
Our StraitEdge Angler Pro kayak has a US fin box and is therefore ideal for use with the Vaquita propeller

For all the rest of our kayaks that don’t have a fin box, you can simply strap the propeller onto the kayak. Note that it can be a little tricky to get the propeller perfectly straight with this method, you may need to use your paddle to steer.

You will find it easy to use.
The elastic wristband is skin-friendly and comfortable to wear for hours.
Battery Life
