At only 878g, even with the adjustable shaft mechanism, this paddle is amazingly lightweight. Easy on the arms for long trips.

The shaft has a locking mechanism that allows you to adjust both the feathering angle to suit your paddling style, and the length to suit your height and your kayak width.

The feathering is adjustable 360 degrees around, so you can choose whichever angle gets you the most efficient stroke, using your whole body, not just your ams.
The length is adjustable from 225 to 235cm - ideal for inflatable kayaks with side tubes, but also allows for both tall and short people.

This paddle is full carbon, which makes it more expensive than alloy and plastic, but oh so much lighter!

Carbon is super tough, but you may get some cosmetic scratches.

There are foam inserts inside the paddle to keep it afloat in case you drop it in the water. Yes, this picture is my bath tub, but you get the idea.
