The competition begins at noon AEST on Monday the 26th of May, 2025, and ends at 9AM AEST on June 9th, 2025. The competition giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Entrants must have a valid postal address in Australia. Staff and family members of Oz Inflatable Kayaks, as well as retailers and wholesalers associated with the company, are not eligible to enter. One entry per email is allowed and while no purchase is necessary to enter, entrants must provide an active email address. The total prize package for this giveaway includes : 1 x AdvancedFrame Sport Inflatable Kayak, 1 x Double Action Hand Pump with Gauge, 1 x Moray Alloy 4-Part Kayak Paddle as well as shipping to the winner's residential address within Australia, excluding some regional and remote areas, in which case a shipping fee will apply.

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and notified by email on June 9th, 2025. The winner's first name may be announced publicly after notification. The winner must provide a valid residential address for prize delivery. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize. Personal data provided by entrants will be stored and managed in Oz Inflatable Kayak's chosen email management system. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their email address and name for the purposes of administering the competition as well as other offers and marketing in the future. The user can opt-out at any time from communications if they wish, but if they do so, they may not receive the email notifying them that they've won.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The organiser's decision regarding all matters relating to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays with prize delivery once it has been dispatched and tracking data will be provided. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control. 

By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
