Bracing your feet allows you to “push” through your feet, giving you excellent torso rotation, supporting good paddling technique.
Supports your lower back
Bracing your feet also takes the pressure off your lower back, especially if you have tight hamstrings.
Compatibility
I found the foot brace exactly the right fit for the job of supporting my hips while paddling.
I was dubious that an Inflatable Foot Brace would work, as my last kayak had foot pegs built in and I believed there was no way I could get the same performance with a blow up device. Well I'm happy to say I was wrong, it was so easy to set up and place into my Advanced Frame Elite. I still have the performance I was looking for. This includes the control, stability and comfort I had in my old kayak. I encourage anyone who is sitting on the fence thinking about getting one, get one today, you won't regret it.
