A first of its kind in Australia, this kit from Jaspara will allow you to install a Kayak Anchor Trolley on your inflatable kayak.

A kayak anchor trolley give you a movable anchor point that runs along the side of your kayak. Instead of your anchor being tied permanently to one spot (which forces your boat to face only one way), a trolley allows you to shuttle the anchor line to the front (bow) or back (stern), changing the direction of the kayak all while you remain seated.
