Kayak Material and Design Features
PVC Tarpaulin Hull
The PVC Tarpaulin Hull Material features a Polyester fabric sandwiched by layers of vinyl which creates a durable and strong outer cover.
Multiple Air Chambers
The unique air chamber design provides optimum safety while out on the water.
The main inflation chamber is divided into two separate air chambers that encompass the entire kayak so that, if one chamber were to become compromised, the kayak has a second chamber fully encompassing the boat.
The main inflation chambers are encased in their own outer tube cover and, in many of our models, the encased inflation chambers are then protected by the outer shell of the kayak body offering the best in protection against the elements.
AdvancedFrame – Aluminium Rib Frame Design
The AdvancedFrame line of kayaks incorporate the patented Aluminum Rib Frame Technology in the bow and stern.
This provides increased paddling and tracking performance unlike any other inflatable kayak.
The bow slices through the water, while the stern acts like a skeg, providing trackability that rivals hard-shell kayaks. The bow is narrow and sharp, as well as raised (Greenlander style), which reduces the resistance through the water and keeps the waves from breaking on the deck.
The stern closes the water behind the boat and acts like a skeg to keep the kayak traveling straight.
AirFusion Elite Award Winning Design
The AirFusion Elite inflatable kayak’s award-winning design is a fusion of aluminum alloy frame poles and pressurized air tubes which result in a high performance frame system.
The aluminium ribs in the bow and stern improves tracking in open water conditions
Drop Stitch Design
Our Inflatable SUPs are made of high-pressure drop-stitch material and a double layer of heavy duty PVC Tarpaulin for ultra stiff performance and superior durability.
